2. i hurt my finger last night on a light fixture. it hurts just to type it but for some reason i didn't want to leave that out.
3. i think the only way i would go to a club again would be to dance and spin the night away with someone who is self taught.
4. my bod is sore from running which means change is good. my hot yoga studio might even start a special running group where we do a distance run, then a conditionning class right after in the heat. ah-mazing.
5. my fam is coming to visit tomorrow [yeah yeah yeah]. we are slightly excited.
6. i haven't been a hardcore blogger this week or last, but with really great reason that i will share shortly.
7. i just came home from work and there was real mail. for me. from a totally beautiful friend in nyc. and her hand written note and packet of her fave tea was all it took to honestly make my day:
8. marcus continues to rock my world. i really need to take more videos and photos to share, but i am super present and involved during our time and there isn't a third wheel to take action shots so i'll definitely make a point of upping my photog efforts.
9. marcus said to me last weekend 'mommy? you wanna know something? i sure 'lud' you. we such a good team i give you props.' try and tell me it gets better. i don't believe you.
10. i not-so-kind-of can't wait to enjoy this long weekend and our family day. a new shape to our fam - yes, but we are still a fam and rolling with it and will share a great family day :) plus the extra overnight with dad means mom can watch her new movie [and sweetest gift!] moneyball! win. win.
