ten things on a tuesday.

1. i don't like grey areas. i like black or white areas.
2. i am not eating chips for two weeks again until cheat day next weekend. so help me hostess.
3. i like chai tea. this is new.
4. i am getting sad about leaving this house. there have been a lot of important memories here. i am so excited to start fresh. just sad to leave behind: the corner where the bassinet was, the nursery, the kitchen where the first steps were, the rocking chair we spent hours a night in together. but new space equals new memories to be made.
5. i haven't gone shopping in a long time. maybe not to some. but to me. i worry that when i do go shopping i will wreck havoc in some sort of celebatory spree.
6. i am terrified for my 30 days to inspiration to be over because it means i have to start training for my half marathon. one goal leads to another.
7. i found my skip-it with the ribbon banner on it while sorting/packing a closet today. i still remember the best day ever aka the day meliss gave it to me for my birthday. best surprise ever. never getting rid of it. skip-it or bust.

8. i can't wait to start a new painting once we move. marcus is also going to do a few canvases for his new room.
9. once in hot yoga i fell on my head. think post-warrior two, when you turn both toes inwards and just fold in half. i thought my head was grazing the mat so i just relaxed into it. turns out i was quite 'off' and crashed onto my head and crumpled in a ball of laughter on the mat. remember the time we talked about learning to laugh at yourself? yea, that day was a great lesson.
10. there was this chair [my besties are saying 'FOR GODS SAKE WE ALL KNOW ABOUT THE CHAIR KARE right now] that i fell in love with but did not buy while pregnant. i have missed it everyday so am going to find someone to make it for me. it looks like this:

stop laughing. i am seriously in love with this chair. and when i have this chair i will post it for the world to laugh at all over again.

that's all.
