we like us a carnival.

this morning, marcus, grandma, his cousin olivia and i ventured out to his nursery class graduation carnival.

the rain held off. the popcorn machine was on. the ice cream cart circa an old school circus wheeled around...

they came. they played. they posed.

they bounced.

marcus totally loved it. espesh the mini bounce castle which he dominated. olivia was determind to win the most tickets in nursery school history, and traded them in for a sweet prize before we left.

after 2 birthday parties [one toddler, one adult], our first big bad 'bo-bo', a crazed toddler carnival, painting homemade cards, glitter galore, spending time with aunty lynz ... we are exhausted. but knock on wood, not a single temper tantrum this entire weekend [victory]

i'm sure this weekend was just a teaser compared to our fathers day plans - which we'll fill you in on next weekend. now off to do some marathon laundry and folding before nap is over ;)
